Robin Sumabat

Robin Sumabat’s gynecologist recommended that she have a pelvic ultrasound in 2022 and again in 2023. The Arroyo Grande resident said her experience at the Matthew Will Memorial Medical Center was outstanding.

“I was really amazed at how both my experiences, a year apart, were so good!” Robin said, adding that she was impressed that both ultrasounds were performed by the same technician.

“During the first one, I was really scared. She talked me through it. She was very warm,” Robin said. “That tells me that, as an employer, they’re doing a great job to keep people who are good at what they do. I’m just so amazed; this is how it should be, and I hope it’s this way for every person coming in.”

As a local dental office receptionist, Robin knows warm, friendly service, when she sees it.

“I wanted to let them know what a great job they’re doing,” she said. “I feel like they have taken all the steps to really make it a pleasurable experience and I appreciate it. So, keep up the good work!”
